Selecting Interior Paint Colors

Pro Tech Home Inspections – Selecting Interior Paint Colors

Among the simplest ways to select interior paint colors for your home is to begin with a print fabric.

Household items such as bedding, throw pillows or even table linens can provide excellent ideas for paint colors.

For instance, if you plan to create an accent wall, look at the most bold colors in the print fabric. If you would prefer a paint color that is a little more subdued or for a bigger area, look for the colors within the smaller details of the print fabric.

It’s helpful to bring a fabric swatch along with you to the paint store so you can pick out paint strip samples.
